This candle was inspired by someone else's favorite scent.
As I started building the Obsidian House collection, my boyfriend kept asking the same question.
"When are you going to make a pear candle?"
I wasn't convinced at first. I always leaned toward darker, moodier fragrances, but he kept coming back to the idea. One day I finally gave in, blended the first version, and the moment we lit it, I understood what he had been chasing all along.
Fresh pear has a quiet elegance to it. It's clean, softly sweet, and effortlessly inviting without ever trying too hard.
