It started as a search for something that felt right.
I was looking for candles that matched a certain kind of atmosphere—quiet, grounded, a little more intimate than what I kept finding. Most scents felt either too clean or too loud, missing that in-between space where something actually feels lived in.
So I started making my own.
What began as experimenting with wax and fragrance slowly turned into something more intentional. I became focused on how a scent moves through a room, how it changes over time, and how it can hold a specific moment—whether that’s a late night, a quiet morning, or something shared between two people.
After dozens of test batches and refining each detail, Obsidian House became a way to bring those moments into something physical.
