This candle was inspired by one perfect day in Spain.
We had spent the day rock climbing, tired in the best possible way, with the kind of exhaustion that makes everything afterward feel sweeter. That evening, we invited our neighbors over for dinner, and one of them arrived carrying the most delicious lemon cake I had ever tasted.
Our house sat high on a hill, and from the table we could see the ocean stretching out in the distance. Spring was just beginning, the air was soft, tea was being poured, plates were being passed around, and the whole evening felt easy.
There was good food, good company, and a view I never wanted to stop looking at.
Lemon Reverie brings me back to that day, when nothing extraordinary had to happen for life to feel completely perfect.
